With an entrepreneurial drive and creative spirit, Morgan started her first not-for-profit company at age 15 with a dream to bring hope to sick children through storytelling and connection. With a desire to help in the not-for-profit world, Morgan received her bachelor's in Human & Social Development, majoring in child and youth care/development. She then interned as a youth worker in the mental wellness space, working with youth and community at Big Brothers Big Sisters, Pauquachin Nation, and the Victoria Immigrant & Refugee Centre Society before being called to the digital space.

After the success of her digital brand, "Morgan Love," she started her business MSK Consulting in Victoria, BC in 2020. Offering her services to brands like “Psych2go” the largest educational psychology YouTube channel, with a following of over 11 million subscribers. Collaborated with the mental health organization Betterhelp, reaching over 17 million on Facebook and Instagram as well as helping to launch and manage the "Unsinkable Youth" program. A program dedicated to giving youth a space to have a voice in mental health campaigns, events, and outreach in North America. Contributing to two high-profile events, the "Unsinkable Student Event" and the "Unsinkable Youth Event," where stars like Seth Rogan, Allesia Cara, Maitreyi Ramakrishnan, Monique Coleman and Grammy award-winning artist JP Saxe came together in support of youth mental health.

All the while, she has continued to grow her brand, "Morgan Love,” an online space that shares messages of hope and connection to an audience of over 100,000. Where her words have reached and offered comfort to millions and been shared by Shonda Rhimes, Jay Shetty, Mel Robbins, Khloe Kardashian, Paris Hilton and more. Interest in her services has grown, prompting her to grow to the USA through her new company MSK Multimedia LLC.
